1. Obstacle detection motors
With MOTO motors, these shutters can now use obstacle detection technology. With this technology, if a window, door, outdoor furniture or kids toys are in the way, it will gently touch it and pause – avoiding damage to your shutters, windows or furniture.
2. Manual Override Motors
These motors are mandatory for fire rated automated shutters, and can be operated by a switch on the wall or by remote control. In fire-prone areas the shutter is kept closed to minimize heat entering the home, usually well after power has been disrupted. When the danger has passed the shutter can be opened manually with a crank handle.
3. Control via phone app
With the Somfy Connexoon Windows RTS Phone App, you can control your motorised window furnishings with the touch of a screen. This allows you to control your roller shutters even when you’re not home. Already left the house and forgot to close your shutters? Just use your app.
4. Automated Motors with multiple control options
Your roller shutters can be operated a variety of ways, all designed to meet your needs. You can have a switch on the wall and operate each shutter individually or have one remote to open and close some or all shutters at once. We also offer multi remote per room operation or a key ring remote to open your shutters as you approach your house.
5. Spring Operated with Lockable Bottom Bar or Slat Lock for added security

6. 12V Motors
